Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to drive organizational effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, reconcile, and analyze data for various financial reports and statements
• Produce supplemental reports based on data analysis for internal teams
• Serve as a liaison to the accounting department for transaction reconciliation and audit support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data, or Business
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, data, loan servicing, or reconciliation roles
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Vlookup, IF statements, and pivot tables
• Ability to develop SQL querying skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to learn independently
