Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Analyst - Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and validate Event Services hours, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review and book Event Services-related invoices, ensuring they match approved hours and contracts
• Manage travel and expense operations for the Event Services team, ensuring policy compliance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in finance operations or related fields, such as AP or billing analysis
• Familiarity with finance software tools such as Xero, ApprovalMax, Salesforce, Mavenlink, and Expensify
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recurring operational tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Demonstrated maturity and confidence in challenging data and processes
