Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst who will support finance operations and reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Excel-based analyses, trackers, and reporting files for Finance and leadership
• Assist with billing operations, customer usage reporting, and revenue-related calculations
• Document recurring processes and improve workflows to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in finance operations, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data cleaning
• Experience working cross-functionally with various departments
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Experience in tracking customer and vendor contracts and renewals
