Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst for a full-time remote position, this role will manage corporate tax compliance, cash reconciliations, and member reimbursements while driving core accounting workflows to execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare indirect tax filings accurately and timely
• Own the member reimbursement process and manage the escheatment process
• Clear daily cash transactions and perform month-end cash account reconciliations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of hands-on corporate accounting or operational accounting experience
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (US GAAP) and general ledger operations
• Demonstrated proficiency with cash reconciliations and multi-state compliance tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn modern accounting systems
