Finance Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Associate to support critical financial processes during a period of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional finance projects and execute project plans for operational improvements
• Own and refine recurring processes such as physician payments and vendor billing
• Partner with the Accounting/Finance Team to streamline workflows and support monthly forecasting and data preparation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Operations
• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional financial projects; project leadership is a plus
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with NetSuite is required
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus
