Finance Operations Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Finance Operations Associate, the full-time hybrid role will manage day-to-day accounts payable, support month-end reporting, and help establish finance controls in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable processes
• Support the month-end close process and prepare monthly finance reports
• Design and implement finance controls and maintain accurate financial records

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance operations
• Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in a startup or fast-moving environment is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency with accounting systems such as Xero or similar
