Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the remote AVP Finance Operations will provide strategic leadership for Finance Operations functions, focusing on process improvements, outsourcing, and technology integration to enhance performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Finance Operations functions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, with 3+ years in Finance and 5+ years in leadership roles
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and workflow tools
• Experience in process mapping and reengineering, such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
• Visionary leadership with strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
