Finance Operations Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations, Data Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business needs through financial systems for monthly close, annual planning, and forecasting
• Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and other departments to ensure compliance and user needs are met
• Lead financial planning system administration, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Consulting, or Technology fields
• Experience with financial planning systems (Adaptive, Anaplan, Oracle, WDAY) is highly preferred
• Strong financial modeling experience in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience in program management and finance process improvements
