Finance Operations Director

Job Summary

Finance Operations Director, oversees core accounting functions and drives finance transformation initiatives in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end close activities
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize finance operations through automation and real-time data integration
• Develop standardized accounting workflows and operational metrics to support scalable SaaS environments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting operations experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and subscription revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with modern finance technology stacks including cloud ERP systems and automation tools
• Strong technical fluency with data analysis tools and ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams
