Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to support internal and external data filings related to reimbursement and cost reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit various internal and external data filings and reports
• Collaborate with internal staff and external consultants to gather and evaluate data for Medicare and state cost reports
• Engage in process improvement projects and support federal and state audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or Mathematics
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Experience in healthcare reimbursement/cost reports or fiscal intermediary role is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge, including the ability to work with large data files
• Interest in government healthcare payment policy and process improvement
