Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to manage billing and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own customer billing operations from contract setup to invoice resolution
  • Manage collections workflow and accounts receivable follow-up
  • Build and improve finance operating processes across various functions
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in finance operations or related roles in a software or technology environment
  • Strong experience with billing operations, collections, and workflow design
  • Ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-changing environment
  • Strong systems fluency, including finance tools and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Operationally rigorous with strong follow-through and customer judgment
