Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Operations Lead to manage billing and finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer billing operations from contract setup to invoice resolution
- Manage collections workflow and accounts receivable follow-up
- Build and improve finance operating processes across various functions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in finance operations or related roles in a software or technology environment
- Strong experience with billing operations, collections, and workflow design
- Ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-changing environment
- Strong systems fluency, including finance tools and Excel/Google Sheets
- Operationally rigorous with strong follow-through and customer judgment
