Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Business Operations Lead to manage the core operating functions related to finance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, billing, collections, and vendor spend tracking
• Manage the operational flow from contract execution to billing setup and renewal tracking
• Document and enhance core business processes across finance, contracts, and HR coordination

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years in Finance Operations, Business Operations, or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Strong understanding of SaaS billing, revenue reporting, and financial metrics
• Experience owning business processes end-to-end
• Familiarity with contractual documents and operational workflows
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with CRM and accounting systems
