Finance Operations Lead

Job Summary

Serving as a team lead, the full-time remote Finance Operations Lead will optimize data and analytic processes, manage complex financial analyses, and support contract negotiations with health insurance plans while collaborating with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the optimization of data and analytic processes to support contract management and negotiations
• Conduct complex financial analyses and provide data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making
• Mentor junior staff and oversee their professional development while managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Policy/Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare financial analysis, budgeting, or financial management
• Experience in managed care or hospital reimbursement methodologies, including advanced SQL and Access
• 3+ years of experience using Alteryx for data analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• 2+ years of experience leading projects that influence organizational strategy and decision-making
