Job Summary
Leading the establishment of a shared service model, the full-time Head of Finance Operations will oversee finance operations in a hybrid work environment, ensuring efficient processes, accurate billing, and compliance while driving transformation and integration of finance systems.
Key Responsibilities

- Drive knowledge transfer, migration, and change adoption during the transition
- Ensure accurate billing, reconciliations, and month-end close processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading finance operations and shared services in complex environments
- Solid understanding of transactional finance, month-end requirements, and financial controls
- Expertise in designing and embedding shared service processes, including KPIs and SLAs
- Experience with finance systems and ERP environments, with NetSuite exposure preferred
- Able to lead change and transformation initiatives effectively across diverse teams
