Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in business transformation, optimization, and project management within a Finance function
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to drive change and innovation
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
