Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to lead a team and manage financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including client initiatives, billing, payroll preparation, and issue resolution
• Reconcile and audit client-specific billing and payroll processes
• Collaborate with client account teams to develop strategies and support billing processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, 3PL, or Retail Operations
• Strong financial acumen and organizational skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Experience in project management and prioritization of tasks
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
