Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Finance Operations to lead the bridge between contract execution and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of data from Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite, ensuring billing accuracy and integrity of bookings data
• Act as the primary contact for resolving escalations on complex deals while providing hands-on support during peak volumes
• Oversee a global team, setting KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Finance Operations or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in people management
• High proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ) and NetSuite; experience with Certinia and Tableau is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex data structures
• Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, billing cycles, and the quote-to-cash process
• Ability to translate complex technical/financial data into actionable narratives for executive stakeholders
