Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to oversee operational and financial functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end close processes, including reconciliations, invoices, and reporting
• Manage accounts receivable and vendor procurement, including contract reviews and renewals
• Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements and build dashboards for leadership insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business operations or finance operations, preferably in a startup
• Experience with month-end close processes and understanding of accrual vs. cash basis accounting
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on building systems and processes
• Familiarity with tools like Stripe, HubSpot, and standard finance platforms
• Experience working in early-stage startup environments
