Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the financial and operational infrastructure of the MARA software product business, the full-time remote Practice Finance & Operations Manager will manage client billing, financial reporting, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client billing, revenue allocation, and related financial processes while providing operational insights
• Develop and maintain financial and operational reporting processes, including KPI tracking and performance monitoring
• Introduce and refine processes to improve efficiency and standardization across the practice

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, operations, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance, business operations, accounting, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with Power BI preferred
• Experience supporting a consulting practice through budgeting and financial reporting activities
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflow effectiveness preferred
