Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Payment Operations function, the full-time Finance Operations Manager will oversee transaction processing for a global CFD brokerage and cryptocurrency exchange, focusing on payment processing accuracy, infrastructure maintenance, and team management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate payment processing across all products and jurisdictions using defined KPIs
• Proactively oversee relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure optimal performance and minimize customer impact
• Mentor and manage a globally distributed Financial Operations team to maintain performance and service standards

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of high-risk payment operations, including card processing and cryptocurrency payments
• Experience in a CFD brokerage, Payment Service Provider (PSP), or cryptocurrency exchange environment
• Proven ability to work autonomously while managing operational outcomes and escalations
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve complex payment operations issues independently
• Prior roles such as Senior Payment Operations Manager or Financial Operations Director are preferred
