Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage day-to-day financial functions, ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance while overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Support the preparation and review of monthly financial reports and operational dashboards for leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks across finance operations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks)
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
