Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

To drive end-to-end process excellence in Finance, the remote, full-time Finance Operations Manager will manage process definition, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define process intent and establish performance metrics aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency
• Develop and monitor KPIs to communicate progress and business impact to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or business process management
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt considered with strong project leadership experience
• Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems, including ERP Finance systems
• Strong background in continuous improvement or finance transformation initiatives
