Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations and Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead internal projects and drive operational efficiencies within Finance Operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
Prepare and present program status updates and operational reporting for Finance leadership

Required Qualifications

7+ years in Financial Program Management and/or Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
Deep familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) and Salesforce CPQ; working knowledge of NetSuite (or similar ERP)
Proven ability to map complex business processes and develop formal functional requirement documents
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Experience in testing systems and collaborating with QA teams for project outcomes
