Finance Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Finance Operations Senior Manager in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage partnerships across various stakeholders to ensure effective contracting, accounting, settlement, forecasting, and reporting for provider risk and reinsurance arrangements in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve provider risk sharing and reinsurance objectives
• Overseeing the monthly financial closing process, including settlement statements, invoicing, and forecasting
• Collaborating with leadership to facilitate information exchange and enable reporting for third-party providers

Required qualifications:

• Healthcare services and/or health insurance experience
• Experience with value-based care contracts
• A minimum of 5-10 years of finance and/or accounting experience
• An undergraduate and/or graduate degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
