Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist to join their Finance and Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Certificate of Insurance (COI) process and vendor information
  • Facilitate vendor payments and assist with project openings and client invoicing
  • Conduct system database cleanup and support various reporting processes
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred
  • Two years of accounting, finance, or related experience
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred
  • Ability to accurately enter data into computer software and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
