• Continuously monitor and optimize financial processes to guarantee smooth operations and adherence to financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in a financial exchange, clearing organization, or payment processing company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, especially those related to financial exchanges
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; NetSuite experience is a plus
