Finance Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a central point of contact for all territory finance departments
• Involved in month-end activities including journal entries, accrual needs, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in building forecasts and budgets for the business and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

• Good technical accounting knowledge
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP, and Alteryx
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
• Preferred experience with Big 4 consulting and familiarity with S4/HANA or SAP
• Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma
