Finance Operations VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Finance Operations (Player-Coach | CFO Track).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance operations including monthly close, revenue reporting, and internal controls
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting for decision support
• Oversee multi-state tax setup and ensure compliance while improving finance systems and automation

Required Qualifications

• Experience working directly under a CFO or Head of Finance in a SaaS business
• Proven track record in finance operations, FP&A, and cash management
• Ability to build and lead finance teams and systems over time
• Experience with revenue recognition and financial reporting in a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with sales operations and pricing strategies
