Finance Payroll Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance & Payroll Associate to join their remote Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial data entry and reconciliation tasks
• Handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Process payroll, including entering and maintaining employee information, deductions, and reconciling payroll

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of administrative-related experience
• Experience in finance and/or payroll is preferred
• Proficient in payroll, accounting, and CRM software
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite or similar software
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
