Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development of financial models and solutions to drive growth and support business goals
• Establish cross-functional relationships to position FP&A as a strategic partner in decision-making
• Monitor business performance against budgets/forecasts and conduct analyses to provide operational insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA is a plus
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate finance, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience with data management and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI)
• Proficiency in cloud-based budgeting software, ideally Planful
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and physician compensation
