Finance Planning Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Managing a team of analysts, the full-time Finance Planning Analytics Manager will oversee financial decision support functions for system hospitals, including business plans, ad-hoc financial requests, and monthly reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex business plans and ad-hoc financial analyses to support executive leadership in decision-making
• Collaborate with hospital executives and department leaders to provide optimal support for financial planning and board presentations
• Lead the yearly budget process and ensure accurate financial data integration across systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Hospital Administration with five years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, or a Master's degree with three years of experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in business planning and complex financial analyses
• Management experience and ability to lead critical projects focused on efficiency and data integrity
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Workday, Epic, StrataJazz, and Tableau
• Experience working directly with executive leadership in a financial capacity
