Finance Process Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Process Architect to support process excellence initiatives within the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process excellence by defining, measuring, improving, and sustaining standardized processes
• Partner with Finance process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, compliance, and user experience
• Mentor and coach team members while evaluating performance and identifying training needs for key process performers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or finance transformation roles
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt considered with strong project leadership experience
• Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management skills
