Finance Process Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Process Architect to support process excellence initiatives in the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process excellence by defining, measuring, and improving standardized processes
• Partner with Finance process owners and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance cycle time, quality, compliance, and user experience
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to lead improvement initiatives and optimize workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, or finance transformation roles
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt with strong project leadership considered
• Experience with finance platforms, analytics, and reporting ecosystems such as ERP Finance
• Strong analytical and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
