Finance Process Excellence Director

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide financial integrity and operational excellence, the full-time Finance Process Excellence Director will lead governance, design scalable financial processes, and spearhead transformation initiatives in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Finance Process Excellence function to enhance governance and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable financial processes supporting business growth
• Drive finance process and control workstreams for enterprise system implementations and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, internal controls, or finance transformation
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-level initiatives
• Professional certification such as CPA, CISA, or Chartered Accountant
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, COSO Internal Control Framework, and SOX compliance
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
