Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Finance Process Improvement Expert will define, measure, and enhance end-to-end finance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and improve finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Partner with process owners and stakeholders to deliver measurable process enhancements
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations or process excellence
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt with strong project leadership considered
  • Experience with finance platforms, analytics, and ERP systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
