Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Finance Process Improvement Expert will define, measure, and enhance end-to-end finance processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Define and improve finance processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Partner with process owners and stakeholders to deliver measurable process enhancements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations or process excellence
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt with strong project leadership considered
- Experience with finance platforms, analytics, and ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments
