Finance Process Lead

Job Summary

To support automation and standardization initiatives, the part-time Finance Process Lead will analyze results and forecasts for New Equipment & Modernization segments, enhance forecasting processes, and develop pricing intelligence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze results and forecasts, automate reporting, and drive forecast accuracy
• Consolidate market data and share insights with finance and sales & marketing teams
• Develop and maintain pricing policies, procedures, and standard work documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related role
• Knowledge of financial, sales, and field management tools (ERPs/CRMs)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis
