Finance Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Procurement Manager who will oversee vendor sourcing, contracting, compliance, and renewals in a fast-growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement approval flow, including vendor evaluation and commercial negotiations
• Maintain centralized contract repository and track renewal dates to drive timely renegotiations
• Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate vendor needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, or vendor management, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Strong negotiation experience with SaaS, cloud, data, and security vendors
• Understanding of privacy and security requirements related to vendor selection
• Experience with procurement or CLM tools (e.g., Tropic, Ironclad, DocuSign)
• Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment
