Finance Product Manager

Job Summary

To support finance technology capabilities, the full-time remote Finance Product Manager will define the product vision and strategy, manage agile product teams, and develop a comprehensive roadmap for finance functions including accounting, tax, real estate, and FP&A.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy and vision for finance capabilities
• Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap outlining prioritized features and innovations
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in finance-related functions
• Understanding of finance processes and technology solutions, with familiarity in accounting, tax, real estate, and FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization
