Finance Product Owner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Product Owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced functional knowledge of finance business processes related to assigned applications
• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and release plan for finance applications, managing the product lifecycle from concept to decommissioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align financial systems with business objectives and validate customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Science, or a related field preferred
• Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Minimum three years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a law firm
• Strong understanding of billing and accounting processes and experience with financial software systems, particularly Aderant
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
