Job Summary
Teaching up to 27.5 hours a week, the part-time Finance Program Instructor will plan and deliver courses on various finance topics, assist students in their learning process, and evaluate student progress while participating in professional development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures on finance-related subjects
- Evaluate student progress and maintain records to report on academic performance
- Organize field outings and contribute to program improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Two years of related work experience or specialized training in finance if the degree is not in a relevant field
- Experience in teaching or facilitating learning in a classroom setting
- Ability to engage in professional development and stay updated in the field
- Capacity to provide academic advising and support for student retention
