Finance Program Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Finance Program Manager will manage enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and analytics, while leading complex budgeting processes and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and optimize annual budget processes and quarterly reforecasts across various markets and entities
- Analyze financial data, including claims and contract datasets, to identify trends and performance gaps
- Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership to support value-based contract modeling and financial decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Health Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other BI tools), and Excel
- Experience working with healthcare claims and financial datasets
- CPA or CBAP certification preferred
