Finance Project Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the Business Manager and Finance Operations team, the full-time Finance Project Analyst will manage project financial performance, support proposal development, and ensure projects are executed within budget and scope in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support project setup and financial management by collaborating with Accounting and Contracts to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Monitor project financial status, prepare client financial reports, and track billing and accounts receivable activities
• Assist Project Leaders and Project Managers in developing project structures and maintaining project forecasts aligned with budget and performance

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent government contracting experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience for PA II or 4+ years for PA III, with level placement based on qualifications and experience
• U.S. Citizenship due to government contract requirements
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with eagerness to learn new systems
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and demonstrate exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
