Job Summary

Owning the success of frontier financial AI pilots, the full-time Strategic Project Lead - Finance will manage strategic finance projects from initial scoping to operationalization, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and financial expertise in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Run strategic finance pilots and research projects for financial AI model training and evaluation
• Transform emerging use cases into validated programs that meet standards for financial quality, feasibility, and cost
• Develop scalable project workflows, expert requirements, and quality standards in collaboration with researchers and global delivery teams

Required qualifications

• Strong background in finance, financial engineering, economics, or accounting
• 2+ years of experience leading complex projects or finance initiatives
• Depth in financial data, markets, accounting, or modeling
• Ability to assess dataset suitability for specific purposes
• Experience working in high-intensity environments with an entrepreneurial approach
