Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance PMO (Project Management Office) leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the M&A Playbook, coordinating due diligence and integration processes
  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and validate resource capacity for strategic initiatives
  • Oversee special finance projects and optimize financial operations by identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategic Finance/Planning, or PMO roles in high-growth AI or SaaS environments
  • Experience with M&A cycles, including due diligence and integration
  • Proven ability to deliver change and improve processes
  • Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments; startup/scaleup experience is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across functions
