Finance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Project Manager to lead financial planning and analysis integration during M&A processes in the natural gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A integration planning and execution, ensuring alignment with overall strategy
• Manage stakeholder engagement and align objectives across finance and operational teams
• Oversee integration of financial planning tools and reporting processes across organizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial integration, and project management
• Strong understanding of the natural gas value chain and cost drivers
• Proven experience in M&A integration or transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with enterprise planning systems such as SAP, Hyperion, and Anaplan
