Finance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Transformations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, coordinating with teams to meet deadlines
• Implement new software tools, including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with Accounting, Business Operations, and US Finance functions to prioritize customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with 4+ years in project management or operations
• Familiarity with finance processes and systems, with experience in project implementations
• Experience with Compensation teams and accounting/finance systems
• Demonstrated understanding of project management practices and tools
• Fluent in written and verbal English (for Mexico posting)
