Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in finance project management, specifically in M&A
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in financial due diligence and post-merger integration
• Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience
• Experience with ERP/financial systems such as SAP or Oracle
