Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Reimbursement Assistant Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage third-party reimbursement activities, including cost report preparation and filing
  • Conduct financial analysis of reimbursement accounts and oversee related general ledger accounts
  • Provide regulatory impact analyses and monitor appeals for Medicare and Medicaid programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive hospital reimbursement experience
  • Leadership experience in healthcare finance, preferably in large health systems
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Medicare DSH reimbursement and GME/IME reporting
