Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Reimbursement Assistant Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage third-party reimbursement activities, including cost report preparation and filing
- Conduct financial analysis of reimbursement accounts and oversee related general ledger accounts
- Provide regulatory impact analyses and monitor appeals for Medicare and Medicaid programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive hospital reimbursement experience
- Leadership experience in healthcare finance, preferably in large health systems
- CPA certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with Medicare DSH reimbursement and GME/IME reporting
