Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Representative for the Revenue Cycle in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collects and documents demographic, insurance, and financial information from patients and payers
• Manages and collects account receivables using automated systems and revenue cycle processes
• Resolves billing and payment issues while adhering to guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree
• Preferred degree in business or healthcare field
• Experience in finance, collections, customer service, or healthcare environments
• Knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and patient accounting systems is beneficial
• Preferred certifications include NAHAM CHAA and HFMA certification
