Finance Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support financial reporting and analysis initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Manager - Finance will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, assist with budgeting processes, and collaborate with functional leaders to drive strategic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees financial reporting and prepares budget/forecast variance analysis
• Models long-range financial planning and conducts fair market value analysis
• Analyzes financial data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• 6+ years of professional experience in finance, with at least 2 years in auditing
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software
• Experience with GL accounting and reconciliations is preferred
